What’s that line about how girls aren’t into gamers? Or has that been thoroughly disproven? It should be really clear that all sorts of people are into games of all sorts, and even enjoy playing games with a little erotic edge to them. I happen to be one of those avid female gamers that everyone keeps insisting isn’t real.
I’m not particularly interested in listing a bunch of games and ‘proving’ my credentials, but I do like to play a lot of games. Tabletop role playing games, MMORPGs, board games, sandbox creative builder games, and so much more. I’m not so into FPS games, but I can be convinced to download Destiny again for the right guy.
I would love to talk about gaming with you. Tell me about your Strahd campaign, your OC, and all the wild homebrew rules you use when you’re playing with your friends. What’s your favorite RPG: GURPs, 3.5, or maybe Planescape? If you had to pick between Stardew Valley and Terraria, how hard of a choice would that be for you? Lately I’ve been very deep with No Man’s Sky, and my daily Sudoku habit might be out of control. My gaming group meets online via Discord every week, mostly so my Tiefling Bard can flirt and cause some chaos. Girl gamers do exist, and we’re not nearly as boring as people think we are. Nerd power plus a femme fatale meets girl next door with a dice collection? It me!
